The Lip Product Addict TAG!

1. Favourite balm/treatment? There are so many great lip treatments out there but there's one which instantly made a difference to the condition of my lips from the very use, Lanolips.

2. Best eye-catching red? Sephora's own line of make up is fantastic and the Cream Lip Stain in 'Strawberry Kissed' has been a firm favourite of mine since 2012. A long lasting power pout with a matte finish,

3. Best luxury and best drug store? I don't own many luxury lip products, there are so many great lipsticks out there for under a fiver but if I had to choose one it would be YSL Rouge Volupte in Peach Passion as it was from Lina and whats not to love about that packaging? Max Factor Bewitching Coral wins when it comes to drug store. The colour is stunning and lasts all day.

4. Best MAC lipstick? Creme Cup is my most used MAC lippy but Speak Louder wins this time. It's in my favourite finish, cremesheen, and makes my teeth appear whiter plus it stains the lips for hours.

5. The most disappointing? I've been thinking about this question for ages and honestly can't think of any other than Model Co Shine Ultra Lip Gloss in Strip Tease it's string city in a tube. Can't believe it's almost 20 quid, so glad I picked it up as a magazine freebie.

6. Liner, yes or no? I have no time for liner, it looks way too obvious on me and I always end up with a wonky mouth. When I do use liner though, I use it all over like a lipstick.

7. Best gloss? Armed with a Debenhams gift card and sucked in my the blurb, this was a blind buy but one I ended up loving. The Dior Addict Lip Polish Spin-On Lacquer Smoothing Glow may have a stupidly long name but it's a fantastic gloss.

8. Something extra? My most recent lip discovery is the Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss in Pink Pop. It has the most gorgeous shine with just the right amount of colour, I feel all springy and summery every time I use it.

I tag all of you! :)

My Sephora Love Continues: Sephora Cream Lip Stain '04 Endless Purple'

SephoraCreamLipStain
Sephora Cream Lip Stain '04 Endless Purple'

Swatched (pre kitten)

Back in October I done a post declaring my love for a Sephora Cream Lip Stain in the shade 03 Strawberry Kissed. The pigmentation and staying power was like no other plus it was comfortable to wear and didn't highlight any flaws. So imagine my excitement when Lina sent me another in the shade '04 Endless Purple'

Something I didn't notice with 'Strawberry Kissed' was a scent. 'Endless Purple' smells like caramel, it reminds me a lot of Philosophy Hot Buttered Rum, which I love! 'Endless Purple' is described as a matte mauve plum but the swatches on the Sephora website aren't at all accurate and the shade name is really misleading. I don't know about anyone else but I don't think purple when I look at this shade? As you can see the colour is quite dark but I find mixing it with '03 Strawberry Kissed' works really well.

I can't fault anything about Sephora Cream Lip Stains but I've only tried the matte versions so Im not sure how the satin finishes fare. If you're thinking about ordering some shades from Sephora don't rely on the swatches. Make sure you look them up online first.

Have you tried Sephora Cream Lip Stains?

The Ultimate Lip Stain: Sephora Cream Lip Stain

Say hello to the mother of all lip stains! Honestly, if you're looking for a true stain I doubt you could find a better product than this Cream Lip Stain from Sephora.

I recently done a swap with Lina. There was a few UK only items she wanted and as soon as I realised I'd be able to get some beauty products from Sephora I was in my glory. I'm always dreaming about Sephora, imagining myself leaving with bags full of sparkly new products but the strangest thing happened, my mind went blank and I couldn't think of anything I wanted! Luckily Lina was on hand to guide me in the right direction and that direction was straight to the Sephora Cream Lip Stains.

Sephora Cream Lip Stains are available in matte and satin finishes. They come in an array of colours and the colour pay off is like nothing else. There's so many different lip stains on the market and yes some of them do stain for a few hours but I'm always left wanting something with a bit more punch. I stepped a million miles out of my comfort zone and went for 03 Strawberry Kissed. It's possibly the most vibrant shade I've ever laid eyes on and paired with the matte finish - perfect. The matte finish shows up absolutely no imperfections on the lip. It glides on effortlessly with opaque coverage in one swipe and dries to the most comfortable matte finish within a few seconds. The Sephora website claims it lasts all day and I'm happy to confirm it does. The only way you're getting this off is with make up remover and elbow grease.

Have you tried Sephora Cream Lip Stains? If anyone in the UK is ever doing I swap I urge you to try one (or all) of them. :)
