Swatches: Milani 3D Holographic Collection.

Just a quick post as I'm like the living dead and soooo tired I feel drunk.
Last week I showed photos of my Milani haul, I've had time to try out the 3 I had ordered from the holographic collection so thought I'd share the photos.

I've got a wee bitta claw hand going on there.

For Digital I used Base Coat, 3 coats of polish and top coat.

HD

HD
 For HD I didnt bother with a top-coat and only applied 2 layers of polish. It's looking extremely tired butI'd had it on for 3/4 days and theres not one chip, just minor tip wear.

Hi-Res

These lacquers need atleast 3 coats but the formulation is thin so it never ends up thick. I tried them with 2 coats, 3 coats, top coat, no top coat but they didnt chip at all! The holo effect isnt OTT and the colours are really soft. I'm not lovin' the colours, to be honest I dont really know why I ordered them but I'm in love with the formulation/brushes/price and feel like I need to try more.

    These are absolutely gorgeous, Hi Res in particular. Absolutely stunning. I've never owned a holographic polish before but may take the plunge after seeing this post :)x

    I got them from an american site called CherryCulture. They were on sale at the time but I'm sure they still are, they were $3.99 each.

    Gorgeous colours, love that the glitter doesn't make them look tacky, which I think most do lol. The shade 'digital' looks almost edible, as wierd as it sounds haha!
