What's In My Makeup Bag: Beauty Balm

Fran was looking for fellow bloggers for her Sunday post of What's in your Make Up bag - I'm super nosy I love seeing what others have in their make up bags!  Here is what is currently in mine -
My make up bag is from a company I came across on Twitter lovelammie a company based in Devon which make oil cloth make up bags and accessories. I recently picked up my Scarlett Oilcloth cosmetic bag - isn't it pretty!

I probably carry around way too much perfume in my bag - but I do like a choice!  Currently I'm carrying about Kai Perfume Oil, Acqua di Parma Acqua Nobile Gelsomino (which I reviewed recently) and atomisers of Chanel Sycomore EDT and Tom Ford Santal Blush EDP - both of these are staples of mine and I've reviewed them on my blog.

Base wise I've got a mini of YSL Touche Eclat Foundation (shade B40) and my powder is Chanel Poudre Universelle Compact in Translucent 2 - I just treated myself to this luxury.  It comes in its own wee velvet pouch too. I also have a small Benefit thePOREfessional for shine touch ups on the go.

For my cheeks I'm using Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge for Lips & Cheeks in shade 11 Pale pink.

I don't wear eyeshadow much usually just eyeliner and lots of mascara!  My current favourites are Anastasia Beverley Hills Covet Waterproof Eyeliner in Noir and Barry M Lash Vegas Black Mascara* which I was sent to review recently.  It is my new favourite - it just makes my lashes huge!

I also carry a pair of tweezers and Aromatherapy Associates Breathe Essence* - for times of stress! I've got a review of this on my blog.

Lipstick wise my current favourite is YSL Rouge Volupte Shine in shade 9 - my favourite lipstick of the moment.  I also carry S&G Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Stick in Plum Shine for when I want a bright pop of glossy colour.  I also carry about RODIN Olio Lusso Lip Balm (again review on my blog) and Jane Iredale Just Kissed Lip & Cheek Stain.

Thanks Fran, for letting me share my make up bag.

Sandra always has fab makeup & skin care products. I've lost count of how many things I've ordered after reading about them on her blog. If you don't already follow her, you should! But be warned, your bank account will be a lot lighter after reading her posts which are usually daily. You can find Sandra's blog here or on Twitter: @beauty_balm
This is the last in the 'What's In My Makeup Bag' series. Thanks to everyone who took part! My wishlist is now a lot longer and I'm feeling the need to buy a new makeup bag. :)

    1. I quite like it but it has mixed reviews all over beauty blogs. I find it is great for minimising shine in my t-zone x

  11. I love the pot rouge so easy to apply - can also be used on the lips but I find it a bit drying. Highly recommend the S&G Sexy Mother Pucker - gorgeous colour and great shine (although I do need to re-apply it often!) The Rodin is just clear but a bit of luxury ;) x
