BareMinerals Round The Clock Waterproof Eyeliner & Hydrating Lip Tint.

At Christmas I received a hat box filled with BareMinerals goodies, I've had a few months to play around with them so thought I'd review two of the products in the same post rather than all at once or one by one. First up is Round The Clock Waterproof Eyeliner in Midnight

I had a quick look online to find out prices etc but can find either as single items. I got my set from QVC when they had it as the TSV before Christmas so maybe these were exclusive to the set. BM do a lot of eyeliners anyway, I'm sure they're all very similar.

'Round The Clock Eyeliner is formulated to glide on effortlessly, this long wearing waterproof eye pencil delivers rich creamy colour that wont smudge. Fortified with vitamin E.'

This is a dream to apply, theres no drag at all so you never end up with those dreaded gaps along the lashline. Midnight is black and super pigmented but never looks harsh, and it really does last all day. If you like to smudge your liner then you'll have to do it straight away, this bad boy sets almost immediately.

The texture is amazing, probably the creamiest liner I've ever tried. I'm itching to try more Eyeliners from BM now. Suggestions welcome.

BareMinerals Hydrating Lip Tint in Juicy - I've never tried any lip product like this before, it almost feels like a wet version of Collection 2000s Cream Puffs but it doesnt dry, it holds its shine but the look and texture is nothing like a gloss. Hydrating Lip Tint is like jelly, cream and balm all mixed together. It'd be perfect for anyone who struggles with lip colour because of dryness.

Colour pay off is fantastic and it lasts a good few hours before the shine wears off but even then you're left with a gorgeous berry stain. The true colour of 'Juicy' is a lot pink-er than its coming across in my pics.

The formula contains Vitamins A, C and E to moisturize as well as a potent blend of fruit and flower extracts to help protect lips. Hydrating Lip Tint can also be used as a cheek tint, I havent tried it on my cheeks yet but I think it'd look perfect in the summer for a really natural dewy look.

Swatched

I love black liner paired with a pinky red lip, they go together brilliantly and the Hydrating Lip Tint has really surprised me, its so moisturising and most importantly (for me) nothing like a gloss.

Whats your fave product from BareMinerals?

  1. The lip tint loves amazing. I'm still yet to try anything from BM other than what came in the starter kit and the Prime Time primer. Still absolutely loving the original foundation x

    1. I couldnt get on with the foundation at all sadly. I only like how it looked if I applied it over LE Sheer Skin Tint or EL BB Cream. I tried it with a few different primers but it still looked too powdery, maybe it would look better used with Prime Time Primer and Mineral Veil but I dont want to spend that kind of money just incase I still dont like it.

The Lip Tint is really gorgeous, I think its available as a trio but I'm not dying about the other 2 shades.
