Black & White Hair Dressing Pomade*
Wax isnt something that frequents my hair often. Infact I'd never used wax before as its something I associated with balding taxi drivers. You know the ones I mean, they have 5 strands of hair but instead of admitting defeat and shaving them off they insist on combing their beloved 5 strands horizontally across their heads. Anyway, Black & White is celebrating its 90th anniversary this year so I decided to give it a try.
Black & White is a wet look wax so its pefect for not only men but girls with short hair and those who like the slicked back look (think Linda Evangelista). I love that look but my face is way too round for that carry on and to be honest the thought of that amount of wax being in my hair is enough to make me gag so instead I've been using it to define and add texture to my layers. Using a small amount is perfect for me but you can use as much as you like. It was a favourite amongst James Dean, Elvis and more recently Johnny Depp and Linda Evangelista.
Are you a fan of hair wax?
