Green & Spring: Rich Night Cream & Nourishing Day Moisturiser.

Rich Night Cream 70ml £38* | Nourishing Day Moisturiser 70ml £34*

Rich Night Cream*: Rich Night Cream is an intensive regenerative night cream which contains a combination of plant/essential oils and extracts. The texture isnt what you'd expect from a 'cream', I'm not even sure how to describe it but hopefully you can see from the photos. It's thin but thick at the same time and sinks into the skin immediately and never feels heavy. If you have oily skin and struggle to find a night cream that does its job without making you look like an oil slick then this might be for you. Ingredients include precious rose, chamomile and rose geranium to soothe, balance and tone. Vitamins A, E and GLA to help increase suppleness, tone and elasticity and reduce the appearance of fine lines/wrinkles. I'm in my 20s and it suits me, my mum and gran are in thier 40s/60s and it suits them aswell so its definitely not a cream thats only targeted at a certain age.

Ingredients
aqua, helianthus annuus (sunflower) oil, cetearyl alcohol (coconut derived), theobroma cacao (cocoa) butter, ***butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter, caprylic/capric triglyceride (coconut derived), cetearyl glucoside (glucose derived), kaolinite (kaolin clay), daucus carota sativa (carrot) seed oil, glycerin (vegetable), benzyl alcohol (preservative), *pelargonium roseum asperum (***rose geranium), *cymbopogon martini (palmarosa), xanthan gum, *lavandula angustifolia (***lavender), vaccinium myrtillus (bilberry) extract, sodium benzoate (sodium chloride derived), *anthemis nobilis (chamomile), potassium sorbate (preservative), *boswellia carteri (frankincense), *commiphora myrrha (myrrh), tocopherol acetate (vitamin E), althaea officinalis (marshmallow) extract, symphytum officinale (comfrey) extract, oenothera biennis (evening primrose) oil, abies picea (spruce knot) extract , dehydroacetic acid (preservative), aqua (cowley manor spring water), *jasminum grandiflorum (jasmine), *rosa damascena (rose otto).**citronellol, **geraniol, **linalool, **citral, **limonene. *pure essential oils, **natural component of pure essential oils, ***certified organic.

Nourishing Day Moisturiser*: I find both creams very similar so what I've said about Rich Night Cream applies to Nourishing Day Moisturiser aswell. The main difference is Nourishing Day Moisturiser makes your skin appear brighter. It works well under make up too which is important as theres nothing worse than your moisturiser going 'bitty' under foundation or causing it to slide off completely.

Its also worth mentioning neither caused me to break out. I did have a few break outs on my chin area but it wasnt because of the products. If you would like to know more about Green & Spring you can read my other reviews here and here where I explain more about the brand.

  1. I really like all the green & spring products I've tried to date. I had a sample of the night cream as part of a gift set and was very impressed with it. I loved how it wasn't too heavy for my oily skin. x

    1. You said you have quite oily skin didnt you? I think you'd like the toner, it helps keep my t-zone oil free longer than more moisturising toners but it isnt so astingent that it dries out your skin and leaves it feeling tight.

    1. The packaging is so cute, I love the birds! Yes and on the website theres a full list of ingredients beside each product so you know exactly whats in it. I wish more brands would do this instead of just listing the ingredients they want us to know about.

  4. I just have one question - are those jars made of plastic or glass?
